New to a class?
If you’re attending a class for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes beforehand so you can complete the necessary paperwork and health checks. We ask all our clients to complete these either on paper or online here. The information you provide will be treated confidentially. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
What should I bring?
Clothing that’s comfortable and allows you to move freely works best – body-hugging Lycra is not essential! We ask that you wear Pilates slipper socks or if you prefer; socks with a little grip on the bottoms are ideal. You might also like to bring a water bottle and a towel with you to the sessions.
What do you provide?
We supply all the mats and equipment that you might need in the classes.
What happens if I need to cancel, can I swap classes?
If you’re unable to attend a pre-booked class, we ask that you let us know that you won’t be there and if there is space available in an alternative mat class we can swap you on to it. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to swap a class; any classes not swapped or used will be lost.
You can arrange your swap: by emailing email@example.com or calling 01202 473 800. Please make sure you do this at least 24 hours before the class begins.
