Hatha Flow

Hatha yoga draws on asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to calm the mind and restore balance. Classes will typically begin with a mantra and intention setting, followed by a warm up, sun salutations, and a mixture of standing postures, balances and mat work. Class is completed with a guided meditation, leaving you relaxed and revitalised.

If you’re attending a class for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes beforehand so you can complete the necessary paperwork and health checks. We ask all our clients to complete these either on paper or online here. The information you provide will be treated confidentially. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Clothing that’s comfortable and allows you to move freely works best for Pilates – body-hugging Lycra is not essential! Many people do the exercises barefoot, but you can wear Pilates slipper socks or toe socks if you prefer; socks with a little grip on the bottoms are ideal. You might also like to bring a water bottle and a towel with you to the sessions.

We supply all the mats and equipment that you might need in the classes.

If you’re unable to attend a pre-booked class, we ask that you use our swap system Bee-Inclined to let us know that you won’t be there and if there is space available in an alternative mat class you can swap on to it. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to swap a class; any classes not swapped or used will be lost.
