We are delighted that, having been placed in Tier 2, that we are able to reopen the studio for face-to-face Pilates and Yoga classes on Wednesday 2nd December. We can’t wait to welcome you back!
What to expect on your return to the studio
Your health and safety are of utmost importance, and we adhere to the latest guidance at all times. We will be working to the same guidelines for group exercise which we operated in October, which allow us to have groups of up to 5 people in the studio, plus an instructor.
– We require all clients to wear socks in the studio. Please ensure you have socks, preferably grippy ones, to wear during your class.
– BYO! You are very welcome to bring your own mat although we have purchased more mats so that we can ensure they are not used back-to-back. All will be cleaned with VIRABACT multi-surface cleaner after use.
– Head cushions can no longer be provided but we have washable ones for sale for £8.50 should you wish to purchase your own. Otherwise, please feel free to bring a small folded towel that you can use instead.
– The blocks are plastic so they can be wiped down and cleaned and as with the mats will be rotated between classes.
Can’t make a studio class?
We continue to offer Zoom classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So you can still enjoy a live, interactive Pilates class from your own home. Check out our Pilates page for the full timetable details.
You will be booked into your usual face-to-face Pilates and Yoga classes as before. However, if you would prefer to continue on our interactive Zoom classes then please let us know. We can arrange that for you.
From 2nd December we will be staying open for longer on Wednesdays, until 20:00. As a result, there are now more classes and clinical appointments available at our health and wellbeing centre in Christchurch, Dorset. Level 1 beginners Pilates will run 17:30 – 18:25 on Wednesdays and Level 2 will run 18:45 – 19:40. Physiotherapy and Sports Massage appointments are also available, including remedial appointments, not just pain-treatments. You can book your appointment online or call one of the team on 01202 473800.
