Our new class timetable for September is now available. We can’t wait to welcome more of you back to the studio for face-to-face classes.
We are also delighted to be introducing two new instructors to the studio.
Diane Briggs will be teaching Hatha Yoga and a new Women’s Yoga class. This class is designed specifically for women going through the perimenopause and menopause.
Karen Stone will also be joining the team. She will be teaching Hatha Yoga and Chi Kung, as well as offering Indian head massage appointments.
All classes will be 55 minutes long and our original prices will be in place from September. Spaces are filling up fast with some classes already full. So contact us on 01202 473800 or email email@example.com to secure your space.
What to expect on your return to the studio
Your health and safety is of utmost importance, and we adhere to the latest guidance at all times. The guidelines for group exercise currently allow us to have groups of up to 5 people in the studio, plus an instructor.
New House Rules
– We require all clients to wear socks in the studio so please ensure you have socks, preferably grippy ones, to wear during your class.
– BYO! You are very welcome to bring your own mat although we have purchased more mats so that we can ensure they are not used back-to-back. All will be cleaned with VIRABACT multi-surface cleaner after use.
– Head cushions can no longer be provided but we have washable ones for sale for £8.50 should you wish to purchase your own, or please feel free to bring a small folded towel that you can use instead.
– The blocks are plastic so they can be wiped down and cleaned and as with the mats will be rotated between classes.
Can’t make a studio class?
We continue to offer Zoom classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So you can still enjoy a live, interactive Pilates class from your own home.
