Strength and Conditioning

Taster class on Thursday 20th October 19:15 - 20:00

Local Fitness Instructor Claire Kramer will be leading this studio-based class. With a maximum of 4 participants, the session will be tailored to the individual needs of the group, be that progressing their training, increasing cardiovascular fitness or improving strength.

Strength and Conditioning classes are excellent for people who are coming to the end of physiotherapy and rehabilitation after injury and need to maintain and progress their training.
